LipVox is designed for lawful, consent-based avatar and video creation.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on LipVox. It applies to the website, waitlist, future product access, and any beta or paid features we make available.

2. Identity and consent

Do not create or request avatars of people without the rights and consent needed to do so.

You may not use LipVox to impersonate, misrepresent, or exploit another person.

• Do not submit someone else's photo, voice, likeness, or personal material without permission.
• Do not create deceptive videos that falsely suggest a person said or endorsed something.
• Do not use the service for non-consensual intimate, sexual, humiliating, or harassing depictions.

3. Illegal, harmful, and abusive content

The service may not be used to facilitate harm, fraud, or unlawful activity.

You agree not to use LipVox for content or workflows that are illegal, abusive, or unsafe.

• Fraud, phishing, scams, credential theft, or deceptive commercial practices.
• Harassment, threats, hate, extremist recruitment, or targeted abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors in sexual contexts.
• Instructions or promotion for violence, self-harm, weapons misuse, or criminal activity.

4. Platform abuse

Do not attack, scrape, overload, or bypass service limits.

You may not interfere with the website, waitlist, product, payment flow, security controls, or usage limits.

• No automated waitlist spam, credential attacks, scraping, or vulnerability probing without permission.
• No attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, moderation, access controls, or billing requirements.
• No resale, sublicensing, or shared-account abuse unless a plan explicitly allows it.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in removal, suspension, or loss of refund eligibility where permitted.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, revoke credits, or deny discretionary refunds where use violates this policy, our Terms, or applicable law.
